Remarkable Minds Ltd does not permit its websites, including remarkableminds.app and any domain we own that redirects to or is used alongside it, to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email (spam). This applies to messages sent by us, by anyone acting on our behalf, and by any affiliate or third party. We do not operate an affiliate programme and no third party is authorised to send email promoting our services.
All of our email is permission-based. We send account and service email to our customers (such as sign-up confirmations, password resets, and session bookings) and newsletter and update email to people who have opted in, every message of which carries a working unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Everything we send comes from remarkableminds.app and its subdomains, and only to people who have explicitly signed up.
We do not send cold outreach of any kind. We previously sent individual business-to-business introductions from secondary domains; that practice was discontinued in August 2026, the domains involved were retired, and it will not resume.
We never send bulk consumer email to purchased lists, never email personal addresses without consent, and never disguise the origin of a message.
Unsubscribes, opt-outs and bounces are recorded on a permanent suppression list shared across all our sending systems, and we remove contacts who have not engaged rather than continuing to message them.
