Remarkable Minds is a platform that connects parents with SEND professionals. We provide the technology and tools to facilitate these connections but do not employ the specialists listed on our platform.
By using Remarkable Minds, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform responsibly, and respect the other users of our service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
All communication between parents and specialists — including arranging, booking, and paying for sessions — must take place through Remarkable Minds. You must not share or request personal contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers) or otherwise attempt to move conversations or bookings off the platform. Keeping everything on-platform protects both parties, ensures specialists are verified, and lets us safeguard payments, records, and support. Attempting to take contact or payment off-platform breaches these terms and may result in suspension or removal of your account.
Specialists on Remarkable Minds are independent professionals. While we verify identity, DBS checks, and qualifications, we do not guarantee outcomes or endorse specific advice given during sessions.
Sessions are sold to parents at a flat £45 per session. Remarkable Minds collects payment, pays the specialist, and retains a platform fee from each completed session. Refund policies will be outlined at launch.
Cancellation policies are set by individual specialists and displayed on their profiles. We encourage giving at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
Remarkable Minds acts as a marketplace connecting parents with specialists. We are not liable for the advice, actions, or outcomes resulting from sessions booked through our platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
