The research behind it
This programme is built around the 20-week statutory EHC needs assessment process set out in the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015, with each session timed to a real stage and deadline. It is specialist guidance for parents, not diagnosis, treatment or legal representation, and the session 1 screen routes anything needing the GP, NHS or CAMHS to the right service.

Same specialist start to finish, clear written plan after every session, and a plan that actually reflects our daughter at the end of it. Couldn't ask for more.
We were drowning in paperwork and deadlines. Rachel turned it into manageable steps spread over a few weeks and we got the EHCP without going to mediation. It's a real chunk of money to find when you're already stretched, but it was less than doing it session by session, and worth it.

Common questions
Will this get my child an EHCP?
No one can guarantee an outcome. The programme gives each stage its strongest evidenced shot, and tracks whether assessment is agreed, whether a plan is issued and whether its provision is properly quantified.
What happens if the LA refuses?
If the LA refuses to assess or refuses to issue a plan, your floating sessions cover the next steps and the final session states the outcome plainly. If it ends in an appeal, the SEND Tribunal Preparation programme picks up where this one leaves off.
Who attends, and are sessions online?
The sessions are parent only and take place by online video call. Your child never attends, and partners, grandparents and carers are welcome to join you.
How do the two floating sessions work?
Use them whenever the process wobbles, such as a refusal to assess, a missed deadline or the LA offering an annual review instead of an assessment. If you do not need them during the process, they convert to post-plan review support after the plan is issued.
