Same specialist start to finish, clear written plan after every session, and a plan that actually reflects our daughter at the end of it. Couldn't ask for more.
We were drowning in paperwork and deadlines. Rachel turned it into manageable steps spread over a few weeks and we got the EHCP without going to mediation. It's a real chunk of money to find when you're already stretched, but it was less than doing it session by session, and worth it.
Genuinely helpful end to end. Pricey, and a fortnight wait between two sessions felt long with a deadline looming, but having one consistent person who already knew our case made it worth it overall.
