The best introduction is another family
Raising a neurodivergent child comes with a workload nobody warns you about: the forms, the meetings, the waiting lists, the evenings spent searching for someone who actually gets it. The parents who recommend us have been there.
So when a family hands on their referral code, we take it seriously. You'll get the same specialist care they had, a real person on the phone, and an honest answer about what would help, even when the answer is “not us”. And once you book, you both get a session free: our thank-you to them for trusting us with you, and to you for giving us a go.

Common questions
What does the referral code do?
It tells us which family sent you, and it earns you both a thank-you: once you book your first session, you get a session free and so do they. Type it into the form here, or into the referral code box on any enquiry form on our site. Everything else is the same: the same specialists, the same £80 a session, the same care.
When do we get the free sessions?
Once you have booked your first session. We add a free session to your account and one to the account of the family who referred you. There is nothing to claim and no code to enter at checkout; the referral code on your enquiry is all we need.
I don't have a code. Can I still get in touch?
Yes. Leave the code box empty and send the form as normal; a specialist will still call you. If the family who recommended us gives you their code later, mention it on the call and the free session still applies.
What happens after I send the form?
A Remarkable Minds specialist rings you within one working day to talk it through and suggest the right person to help. There is no obligation and no pressure to book; many families use the call just to get their bearings.
Does my child need a diagnosis first?
No. Every session, programme and tutoring hour works without one. Support starts when you need it, not when the system catches up.
How much does it cost?
£80 a session, whether that's a tutoring hour or a specialist session. Bundles of sessions bring the price per session down, and with a referral code one of your sessions is free. Nothing is charged for the first call.
Who are the specialists?
Tutors, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and SEND specialists, every one vetted before they can work with a family: enhanced DBS, identity, right to work, qualifications and our safeguarding policy.
