The missing piece in employee wellbeing

Specialist support for employees raising neurodivergent children

When a child stops attending school, has meltdowns or isn’t getting the right support, that pressure leads to absence, reduced hours and resignations.

The workforce challenge

When parents can’t access the right support, work becomes harder to sustain

In a survey of 1,000 parents and carers of disabled children with complex needs:

40%

had reduced their working hours.

35%

had left their jobs altogether.

The Sense research linked both outcomes to inadequate support for their child. Separate research found parents also pointed to insufficient support from schools and local authorities, alongside a lack of flexibility at work.

The business case

Right now, this is quietly costing you your best people.

Employees raising neurodivergent children are leaving, cutting their hours and burning out. No benefit you offer is built to catch them.

04

Protect focus at work

06

Strengthen benefits you pay for

Sits alongside your EAP and wellbeing support, filling the gap they can't.

A short call to see how it works alongside your existing benefits.

And one more thing

For every 10 sessions you book, we fund 1 free session for a family who couldn’t afford one

We work with charity and family-support partners to place those sessions with families who can’t afford specialist help, optionally in your company’s name. Your benefit does good twice.

What parents say

Questions employers ask

Everything HR teams want to know first

How does Remarkable Minds work alongside our EAP?

Your EAP supports your employees' broader emotional wellbeing. Remarkable Minds provides specialist help with the family situation contributing to that pressure. The two services complement one another rather than overlap.

Does the child need a diagnosis?

No. Your employees can access support whether their child has a diagnosis, is waiting for an assessment or is struggling without a confirmed condition.

Who can use the service?

Remarkable Minds is designed for employees who are parents or carers of neurodivergent children or children with additional needs. Exact eligibility can be agreed with your organisation.

What information will we receive?

You receive anonymised information about overall usage and impact. You won't see who booked or what they discussed.

Does HR approve each session?

No. Your employees access the service independently through your organisation's private link.

How quickly can our employees receive support?

Your employees are matched with an appropriate specialist, usually within 24 hours. Appointment timing depends on the availability of your employee and the matched specialist.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. You can begin with a small pack of session credits before deciding whether to expand the benefit.

What happens to unused credits?

Unused credits roll over. Nothing is lost if uptake is slower than you expected, and there are no retainers or per-seat fees.

Give your employees somewhere to turn before leaving work feels like their only option

Remarkable Minds gives your employees direct access to specialists who understand what they’re facing and can help them work out what to do next. Support employee wellbeing. Retain experienced people. Fill the gap your existing benefits weren’t designed to cover.
