45-minute 1:1 session
Talk to an ADHD consultant
Focus, impulsivity, routines or big feelings difficult right now? A vetted ADHD consultant suggests ideas for home and school on a 45-minute 1:1 video call.

How this session works
Tell us about your child
Just tell us what's been going on, in your own words. No diagnosis, referral or paperwork needed, and we'll match you with the right specialist, usually within 24 hours.
45 minutes with your specialist
It's a video call from home, at a time that works around your family, evenings and weekends included. Nothing is too small to ask.
A written plan lands in your inbox
Afterwards you'll get a proper written plan of what to do next, not just notes from the call, with wording you can send straight to school.

Common questions
My child hasn't been diagnosed yet — can you still help?
Yes. If you're on a waiting list or just starting to wonder, an ADHD consultant can talk you through what you're seeing, the ADHD profile, and how to get the most from the assessment journey. You don't need a diagnosis to book.
Is this about medication?
No — this is consultant guidance on understanding and supporting your child day to day. Medication is a clinical decision for your child's prescriber; we'll be honest about when that's a conversation worth having with them.
Will one session be enough?
For understanding your child and knowing your next steps, often yes. If you'd like to understand the profile and then build routines that stick, our ADHD consultant support programme covers both for less.
