School meeting prep
“Annual review, an APDR catch-up, or a meeting you've been dreading — go in knowing what to say and what to ask for.”
This is for you if
- There's a meeting coming up and you always leave feeling you forgot half of it.
- You want support put in place but aren't sure what's reasonable to ask for.
- The last meeting didn't go well and you want this one to be different.
What you walk away with
If you only need to get your head straight before one meeting, the £35 quick check-in is usually all it takes. Book the full session if there's a lot to untangle.
How it works
Tell us about your child in a 5-minute, plain-English form.
We hand-pick and match your specialist, usually within 24 hours.
Book around your life — evenings, weekends, school holidays.
Walk away from every call with a written plan you can act on.
One specific worry, one short call. For when you don't need the full hour.
You'll be matched with
- SENCos and SEND teachers
- Education advocates
- Independent SEND consultants
Every specialist is Enhanced-DBS checked and qualification-verified before they go live.
Common questions
Can we do this the day before the meeting?
Often, yes — evening and weekend slots are available and many parents book a day or two ahead. Book as early as you can if your meeting is at a fixed date so you get the slot you want.
What's the difference between the quick check-in and a full session?
The 25-minute quick check-in (£35) is for one meeting and a clear head. The 45-minute session (£60) gives room to go through paperwork, plan a strategy, and cover more than one issue.
