Tribunal & appeal prep
“Refused an assessment, or facing a plan that doesn't fit? Get your case and your nerves ready with someone who's sat in that room.”
This is for you if
- Your request for an assessment has been refused, or your draft plan misses what your child needs.
- You've got a deadline and a folder of paperwork and no idea what matters most.
- You're dreading the hearing and want to walk in feeling prepared, not panicked.
What you walk away with
Most families find the run-up to a hearing is where they need support most — which is why many book more than one session, or our Ready for Tribunal bundle, to cover the whole run-up.
How it works
Tell us about your child in a 5-minute, plain-English form.
We hand-pick and match your specialist, usually within 24 hours.
Book around your life — evenings, weekends, school holidays.
Walk away from every call with a written plan you can act on.
Our standard 45-minute session. Most parents start here.
You'll be matched with
- EHCP consultants & lay representatives
- Education advocates
- Independent SEND consultants
Every specialist is Enhanced-DBS checked and qualification-verified before they go live.
Common questions
Do you represent me at the hearing?
Our specialists prepare you and your case, and some are experienced lay representatives. Whether they can attend depends on the specialist and your needs — we'll match you with someone who fits, and you can ask them directly.
Should I book more than one session?
Appeals unfold over weeks: evidence comes in, deadlines move, nerves build. Booking a few sessions across the run-up — or our Ready for Tribunal bundle — lets you check in at each stage with the same person, rather than starting cold each time.
Is this legal advice?
It's specialist SEND and process support, not formal legal representation. For points of law you may also want a solicitor — we can talk you through when that's worth it.
Vetted before they ever meet your child
Enhanced DBS, qualifications verified against the awarding body, identity confirmed in person.
