Solid prep and a clear written plan at the end. I'd only say if you go in completely cold you might need more than one session to feel ready, which is fair enough, but budget for it.
She helped me stop apologising for asking for what my daughter is legally entitled to. That mindset shift alone was worth it, and the practical evidence work sealed it.
Helped enormously with organising the paperwork and understanding what a 'working document' even was. Some of the strategies for cross-questioning the LA worked better than others on the day, but the core prep was solid.

Should I book more than one session?
Appeals unfold over weeks: evidence comes in, deadlines move, nerves build. Booking a few sessions across the run-up, or our SEND Tribunal Preparation programme, lets you check in at each stage with the same person, rather than starting cold each time.
