How Remarkable Minds works

Get matched to the right specialist for you
Tell us about your child in a 5-minute plain-English form. We hand-pick a vetted UK specialist (HCPC, BACB or NASEN-registered) whose experience actually fits.

Have sessions whenever it suits you
Evenings, weekends, school holidays. Specialists set their own availability so you can book around your life, not around 9-to-5.

Walk away with a plan
Leave each session with concrete next steps you can use: strategies, email drafts, EHCP wording. Plus a specialist you can come back to.

Solid prep and a clear written plan at the end. I'd only say if you go in completely cold you might need more than one session to feel ready — which is fair enough, but budget for it.
She helped me stop apologising for asking for what my daughter is legally entitled to. That mindset shift alone was worth it, and the practical evidence work sealed it.
Helped enormously with organising the paperwork and understanding what a 'working document' even was. Some of the strategies for cross-questioning the LA worked better than others on the day, but the core prep was solid.
They refused the EHCP twice. After working with our specialist on the appeal we finally got it issued. I'd given up hope before this.
Evening slots meant I didn't have to take time off the night shift. Small thing, huge difference.
Weekend appointment, which was the only way I could do it around work and three kids. No judgement, no jargon, just clear next steps written down for me to keep.

Common questions
Do you represent me at the hearing?
Our specialists prepare you and your case, and some are experienced lay representatives. Whether they can attend depends on the specialist and your needs — we'll match you with someone who fits, and you can ask them directly.
Should I book more than one session?
Appeals unfold over weeks: evidence comes in, deadlines move, nerves build. Booking a few sessions across the run-up — or our Ready for Tribunal bundle — lets you check in at each stage with the same person, rather than starting cold each time.
Is this legal advice?
It's specialist SEND and process support, not formal legal representation. For points of law you may also want a solicitor — we can talk you through when that's worth it.
