Cutlery, dressing and the food battles all in one plan that actually joined up. I'd been getting bits of advice from everywhere and this finally pulled it together into something I could follow.
Helpful overall and the OT really knew her field. Bit of it overlapped with what our paediatric OT had already mentioned, so for us it was more confirmation than new ground. Still, the summary was clearer than anything the NHS sent, so I don't regret it.
Down to earth and so reassuring. The chewy necklace and the movement breaks have completely changed how my son copes at the table. Only small thing, I had a few follow-up questions I wished I'd asked in the session itself.
The handwriting strategies were spot on and my daughter's letter formation is already neater. Only reason it's four not five is I'd have liked a follow-up baked in, one session felt slightly short for everything we wanted to cover.
My lad would only eat about five foods and the worry was constant. No judgement, no pressure, just a sensible plan of tiny steps. We're up to nine foods now and the dread at dinner has lifted.
I'm a foster carer and needed strategies fast for a little one who couldn't cope with the texture of clothes. Got matched within a day and the OT met us exactly where we were. So grateful.

Common questions
Do you supply equipment or sensory kit?
We don't sell equipment. The therapist will suggest what genuinely helps — often everyday things you already have — and point you to anything worth buying, without the upsell.
Could more sessions help us?
If you're building new routines or working on a skill over time, booking several sessions lets the same OT track progress and adjust the plan as your child changes.
